"Not what I expected from the preview"
I was really expecting the planner to look like the colors shown online, but when it arrived, they were way darker in person. The cover ended up looking kind of dull and muddy instead of bright and clean like the preview suggested. Based on what I thought I was getting, it was disappointing, and I probably wouldn’t order again

"Cover felt cheaper than I expected"
I was hoping this cover would hold up better, it started bending quickly and looked worn after just a few days. i’m disappointed with the quality.

"Tracking didn’t really help at all"
I ordered a planner, and maybe I was being a little impatient because I needed it for the week, but the tracking was basically useless. It stayed on the same status for days, so I had no clue if it had actually shipped or where it was. I reached out to support, and to be fair maybe they were busy, but the response I got was vague and didn’t really clear anything up. Just frustrating when you’ve already paid and you’re left guessing. I probably won’t order again

"Pretty planner, if you don’t actually need to plan much"
I bought this thinking it would finally help me get my life a little more organized, but apparently I was too optimistic. It looks cute, I’ll give it that, but actually using it is kind of annoying. Some days barely have enough room to write anything, while other random sections take up space for things I’m definitely never going to track. And if your plans change, which, shockingly, they do, moving things around is a hassle. It feels like it was designed more for looking nice on a desk than being genuinely useful. I lasted about two weeks before going back to a plain notebook, which somehow does the job better

"I was pretty much ready to buy..."
I was pretty much ready to buy a planner from personal-planner.com because it looked really nice. But once I got to checkout and saw the shipping cost, I stopped right there. It just felt like too much, and I didn’t want to talk myself into paying more than I was comfortable with. I’d rather protect my budget than regret it later, so I ended up leaving without ordering.

"Shipping took way too long"
I ordered this planner thinking it would show up in a normal timeframe, but the shipping ended up taking way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated, so I was basically just checking every day with no idea where it actually was. Even my sister asked if it had gotten lost because it felt like it was taking forever.
By the time it finally arrived, I was already frustrated and had picked up a cheaper planner somewhere else just so I could stay organized. The planner itself might be perfectly fine, but the delivery was really disappointing. I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something anytime soon.

"The calendar dates were wrong"
I was disappointed because the dates on the calendar were off. I bought it to use as a planner, but if the dates are wrong, the whole thing is kind of useless. It ended up being a waste for me, which was frustrating.

"Pens bleed through the pages"
I was disappointed with the paper quality. I used my usual gel pen and it bled straight through the page, so the next day already looked messy before I even wrote anything on it. SO frustrating.
I also tried a basic ballpoint, hoping that would be better, but it still showed through a lot. It looks nice from the outside, but for the price I really expected better, especially if I have to be picky about which pens I can use

"I got this as a gift it just..."
I got this as a gift it just felt really impersonal. It didn’t come across as thoughtful at all, which was disappointing. When I reached out to support, I got the vibe that they were kind of blaming me for not understanding or choosing better, which made the whole experience feel even worse.

"They got my name wrong"
I was disappointed because the personalization wasn’t even close. Like i said, they got my name wrong, and that’s kind of the whole point of ordering something personalized. Like i said, it just felt careless.

"The “International Delivery” Marathon"
I ordered a planner to be delivered overseas, and wow, what a journey it went on. Apparently their “speedy global shipping” is more of a slow-motion treasure hunt. The tracking barely changed, so I was mostly just guessing whether it was in transit, lost, or taking a little vacation somewhere. It finally arrived, but by then it was too late to actually be useful. Customer service was polite, sure, but very much in the “nice but powerless” department. I wouldn’t order again unless you live close enough for the package to basically walk itself over.

"Way too rigid for what I needed"
I really tried to be patient with this, but it felt like I was being forced to work around the layouts instead of actually making them fit what I wanted. Everything was just too fixed, and after fiddling with it for longer than I should have, I still couldn’t get it to work for my needs.

"Barely Anything Worth Picking From"
I went in hoping to find some cute accessories, but the selection was tiny and not very exciting. Most of the stuff I actually would’ve bought just wasn’t there, so I ended up leaving disappointed. When I mentioned it, I got one of those canned “sorry for the inconvenience” type responses, which just made it more annoying because it didn’t feel like they really cared.

"I thought reordering my planner would be super..."
I thought reordering my planner would be super quick since I’d already bought one before, but it ended up being weirdly frustrating. Some parts looked like they carried over, so at first I thought I was good, but then the layout was off and I had to keep going back in to fix things.

The site also felt slow and kind of confusing, which made the whole thing more annoying than it needed to be. I kept thinking I was almost done, then something else would look wrong or not load right, so it turned into way too much time spent trying to get basically the same planner again.
I reached out to customer service and the response wasn’t terrible, but it also didn’t really solve the problem. For a reorder, I expected this to be simple, and the whole experience gave me such mixed signals that I eventually gave up. I don’t think I’ll be ordering again.

"Support took longer than I expected"
I reached out by email about my planner order and didn’t hear back for a few days. When I finally got a response, it wasn’t very helpful, so I still felt a bit stuck. If your order goes smoothly, it’s probably not a big deal, but if you need help with something, the slow support can be frustrating.

"binding started falling apart way too soon"
I really wanted to like this planner because it looked Nice when I first got it, but the binding got loose after only a few weeks of carrying it in my bag. Now the pages don’t sit flat/right and a couple look like they’re about to fall out. For what it cost, I expected it to hold up a lot better

"I had an issue with my order..."
I had an issue with my order and emailed them about it, even included the receipt so it would be clear what I was talking about. The replies just kept going in circles though, and it felt like nobody had actually read my message. After a few back-and-forth emails, nothing was fixed and I just gave up. Frustrating experience, and I won’t be using them again.

"Refund took forever"
Returning the item was more of a hassle than I expected, and I still haven’t seen the refund come through. From the tone of the replies I got, it kind of felt like they weren’t in any rush to sort it out, which made the whole thing even more frustrating

"Nice planner, but the packaging was disappointing"
The planner itself is nice. No real complaints there. But the packaging? Not great. It came in a really thin envelope, and the corners were already bent when I opened it. For something custom, I expected a little more protection. It wasn’t completely ruined or anything, just annoying. Made the whole thing feel cheaper than it should have...

"Preview didn’t really match"
When my planner showed up, it looked different from the preview. Some of the pages seemed shifted around, and a few of the dates were harder to read than I expected. I’ll still make it work, I guess, but it wasn’t quite what I thought I was ordering.
